>Just a heads up: Since version 4.0.10 of Inno Setup, using your own Windows System directory as the source for DLL files has been prohibited for safety reasons. I'm not sure if this applies to OCX files as well, but in either case the solution is simply to copy the DLL or OCX to a deployment folder and source it from there.

Hello Rick..
You're completely right.. "Windows" is not my "the Windows" folder :)
My OS is installed in other directory.. And, I forgot to say it for Denis..
And, I've been using ISTOOL that create auto. this one for me.. By the way, I really recommend that tool, makes all operations easier..
Thanks
