Looking for suggestions:

Our application allows for multiple reports to be directed to different printers, either local or network printer.

We have an option where a suggested list of reports can be printed based on a client and date parameter. There can be up to 80 reports that we have that can be printed along with the directing of the reports to various printers that the user can select and save according to their requirements.

This works great on our LAN. We have some high speed network printers that have mailbox capabilities and usually the larger reports and sensitive reports are sent to those printer mailbox byr the user. The user is then able to retrieve those reports when convienent.

We have multiple remote locations running on Citrix, however I am not able figure out how to direct these reports to a user-mailbox as I can on the LAN.

Presently on the LAN, each workstation is able to set the mailbox to send reports for each driver. Hence we can have multiple drivers delivering reports to different mailboxes.

Does anyone know if it is possible to do the same under citrix by user?
