Hi! Again a newbie question.

I have some applications that has some foreign key fields to another table, but since 10 years it never changes and it will never change. Instead of creating a table for them I would like to create something in the Business Layer. I started to create some DataTable but I don't know if it's the best practice. It is mostly use to populate ComboBox. That way I would also save a join in my queries.
