Basically, you can do a lot with Automation - see my introductory article at http://www.utmag.com/wconnect/wc.dll?9,7,10,1562

For instance, you could open an Excel Workbook, create a Spreadsheet, give the command to import from a DBF file (created in VFP with COPY TO ... TYPE FOXPLUS), create another Spreadsheet, ...

Or, alternately, paste a range of cells, which you previously prepared in VFP.

After that, you could select individual columns, change the width or the numeric format, etc.

All this can be automated.
