Hi, Running Win 2000 Server, Is there a way to disable the screen that requires ctrl-alt-del on startup?

Hi Randy,

What you can do is to disect ypur registry and look for the following Key...
HKLM\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\winlogon
after you see this key, look at the right for the ff subkey,
autoadminlogon, put value to 1
defaultpassword, keyin your password, this is unencrypted
Make sure, the altdefaultusername is administrator..

Hope it helps.
