Yes. If you've used Web Connection before you might want to look at the Web Store because it has many of the utility functions I used in Web Connection with .NET equivalents for common tasks.

Among other things there's a .NET wwBusiness implementation, and tons of support classes like a configuration manager, logging support (similar to WWWC logging), error handler etc. All the sort of stuff you need in just about any Web app (as well as a host of features for desktop apps as well).
