If you see a message from a member from Saudi Arabia, you can click on the flag.
Otherwise, go to reports (the printer icon), and check the first report: "Members repartition". The report is sorted on number of members, so you may have to search a while before you find the correct country.
Once you have the country, you can (you have to, actually) drill down by city.
