Okay, I ran the 3 lines of code to reinstall the mentioned portions of windows, in the MS article and there is a partial solution in place. The error result has changed.
Symptoms
The black pif window opens for a second and displays "Bad command or file name". An obvious error for which I am searching. But it occurred to me that I may have to reinstall VFP. What do you think?
