You are right ... "sir" ... I am one tough customer ... and when that product provides what I need via support ... online and via personal email ... I don't hesitate to ensure that everyone knows *that* as well. On the darker side, when that product's documentation does not provide me with what I need I'll let him know that as well, publicly and in no uncertain terms ... make no mistake ... we are not friends. The fact that I am still a customer though ... tough or easy ... is a testimony to Kevin's committment to his product. I'll give him that.

There are problems with the documentation. My TESTY replies took place after losing over 48 billable hours to inconsistencies in the help file. Those will be resolved in time, of this I have no doubt.

In the mean time Kevin takes the time to reply to the TOUGH customers as well as the easy ones. It would be so easy to fall in with the herd (so to speak) and alienate me based upon my abrasive means of requesting help. He choses not to do so. Kudos to him.

It's taken ten years but he has once again won my respect via his professionalism.
