Thanks for the feedback, both of you. So basically I should write the textbox validation code in Sumbit_Click()? I thought about that, but I didn't know how effecient it would be. I'll take your advice and try it your guys' way. Also..(very lame question) where exactly is the "general" area to declare variables with Option Explicit in a simple form?
