Re-read my message, please. I'm saying, that the printer-related information is stored in the report itself. You have to remove this from your report. Open it as a table (use getfile('frx')) and clean up Tag/Tag2 fields for the first report. Then remove anything printer-specific from Expr field (and leave information about layout, etc. in)
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
