Is it possible you accidentally added the .scx file to your [Code] tab on the project manager? I think you get a similar result if you do this...
(I have done this before with other file types)

The project manager does not like this but has a hard time 'telling' you what has happened.

When I compile now it stops and says that there are build errors on the app.When I look in the error log it shows many many errors on 1 screen file. Things like "Top = 90 not in procedure". If I remove the screen from the project and comment out the call line for the screen then the exe will compile. However, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the screen file, at least as far as I can find. I've looked at the code and I looked at it in the class browser. I have made changes in it and recompiled- no joy. I restored that screen from a backup ( that compiled previously ) and still no joy.
