One glaring problem you identified is that it's loading OWC which may not be already installed. I'll move the load of that object into it's own routine.
I fixed the links on the main page(default.htm) too - they were pointing to avfpdemo2 and avfpdemo2r and just need to be changed to avfpdemo3 and avfpdemo3r.
I'm hoping the OWC thing will fix the other errors that happened. A new download should be available within the hour...
