Under Tools | Options | Privacy | Cookies (translated from Spanish), there is an option to see your cookies. I can't figure out where they are saved, but that may turn out to be irrelevant, since you can see the list directly from FireFox.

For debugging purposes, I suggest you erase the list of cookies before testing a page where you need to accept cookies.
