>I have a browse window built into a screen and I need the user to have the ability to enter some data into a field, say OOPS! and then hit the F4 key to undo the changes and restore the original data. This needs to work for whatever type fields the user is on(character, numeric, date or whateve). The data source for the browse is a temporary table. Thanks for any suggestions.

For a single field undo you could use:
ON KEY LABEL F4 KEYBOARD "{ctrl+z}"
