I have never moved a VFP table over to a Palm device. The only thing I have done is move data from a Palm table to a flat file on the PC using a conduit called from HotSync. I wrote the conduit using VS.NET C++ unmanaged code (mostly because there was a wizard available from Palm to do this, I could not find a wizard for managed code). I don't know if it is possible writing a conduit using VFP (it should be possible), but I do know that it is possible to populate a Palm table through the conduit (wich would address your needs).
It has been a long time since I worked on the conduit project, so I don't have any of my original links, but if you go to Palm's website and search for conduit it will get you started.
