Why have I written the WITH ENDWITH code?

On documentation is written ObjectName
in WITH .. ENDWITH and in INSERT ... FROM NAME,
in WITH CREATECURSOR() do the job,
in INSERT no

Same syntax word "ObjectName", same meant.

Or I must read the documentation as
"more or less this is the syntax, tries and sees if it works".
