I recently stumbled across a great encryption product - 1crypt.

This is a $19 standalone DLL (82K) that does not require DLL registration. This DLL provides AES256 encryption functions for files and strings. Very simple because there's really only 4 functions you really need to use (encrypt/decrypt file, encrypt/decrypt string). There's also an interesting wipefile function that writes random data to a file (3 passes) and then deletes the file.

Encryption and decryption is fast.
