I have a system that is used by people of various levels of computer expertise in over 50 different locations. I have recently been made aware of a problem some folks have when printing a report. We always sent the report to preview and allow them to print from the Print Preview Toolbar. In some cases, diffculty using the mouse properly has resulted in the Print Preview Toolbar being "lost". It has either been dragged somewhere or docked. It is difficult to help them over the phone as they don't see the docked toolbar (it looks different) and can't find it if they drag it somewhere or close it. Is there any way I can prevent these actions?
