Rajesh,

I have two solutions, but both involve third party products. You could use either xCase or Stonefield. xCase maintains your data model in its own files, so you can reproduce it anywhere, even at your customer's site. All of your existing data will be preserved.
Stonefield database toolkit has this ability too, but since I'm not experienced with it, I'll leave room for others to tell you.
