Has anyone made progress automating Beyond Compare to compare .vcx files ?

We have a progrem that successfully compares .vcx files and displays the results in memo fields. But the "methods" memo field contains ALL of the methods and not always in the same order. Then I select the specific method I want to compare and cut/paste from both .vcx into txt files. From there, Beyond Compare does a beautiful job of displaying the differences etc.

What would be ideal is to automate the entire process with Beyond Compare.

Anyone done that?
