The problem realy was in RE-initialization of control... but source of problem was in the namespace as you said to me before. You just said check the name of namespace written in Project\Properties\Root Namespace.. name was correct...
Now I DELETE root namespace from project properties. Rebuild solution. Recreate "my controls" tab and.... ooo Magic! ;) controls placed correctly.. namespace right!
