Bernard,
Thanks! The best way, right now, to verify which version it is is to look at the properties of the AVFP_VFP?setup.exe and look at the version which will say 3.02 or 3.03, etc. I'll look at a better way to show this in the future.
SUrprisingly, one thing I forgot to do was to was set up security for the ASPNET user. IUSR and IWAM are in there and apparently are enough, at least for some machines, for ASP.NET to work. You, however, might be seeing some of this problem. I'm working on adding this today and some other things. I'm trying to keep track and list the bugs being fixed as I see them.
As far as testing to see if it works, that's why the attempt is made to launch the browser at the end of setup(using the postsetup routine which the ActiveVFP setup and WebAppBuilder both use). If it doesn't work and a useful error message was not returned, there's also an error log you can check. Other than that, you can always use WebAPPDebug which is extremely simple to setup..

It would help if you could rename the download to the latest current version like ActiveVFP302.zip, 1ActiveVFP302.zip etc. This way I know the file I am downloading is the latest version.
