unzip ADIST5.PPD from adobe.zip for somehow better ppd driver than print2pdf.zip has (defpscol.ppd).
If you do update PPD you shou take care it in print2pdf.prg as the Color printer called there is "Generic Color PostScript" and the name of ADIST5.PPD is "Adobe distiller" (i.e. just change "Generic Color PostScript" to "Adobe distiller" in print2pdf.prg). Note: if you have Adobe distiller already installed DO NOT install it again.
