>You seem to have considerable knowledge in the area of API wizardry. Do you recommend any books on the subject?

Thanks, Ryan, your comment is sincerely appreciated. There are, however, a number folks of knowledgable about the API around here. While I'm just learning C++, it would seem that any book on that subject would include significant information on the topic. My main source of information is the Win32.hlp file that comes with an MSDN subscription. It's an invaluable tool in this area.

VFP 3.0 used to come with a Win32API.hlp file, perhaps a similar one will be included in VFP 6.0. I know that at the Borland site there's a help file like this, but I don't know the URL off-hand.
