I am faced with the following challenge:
  • Many (100's) remote VFP Desktop Apps
  • All have Internet connections
  • Each VFP app prepares batch of inventory updates

    • Additions
    • Updates
    • On hand changes

  • Central SQL Server Inventory table
  • Process updates
  • Synchoronous or asynchronous operations
  • VFP App needs confirmation of processed records (de-queue)
  • Mere Mortals.Net APP

Please offer suggestions.
