So I had some code to remove the old triggers. That code converted the original triggers to the lower case. When I re-ran his builder, it was in the proper case. I still was able to put the bad code, but I think it's because our RI were not defined for that code. I didn't test it more thoroughly, though, because I think I'm going to work on NewRI procedure instead.
