>How do I get text in a Text Box to flash or blink. The foreground property seems only to accept a value from thr RGB() function and does not seem to accept the old R* value. I wrote a rather crude endless loop where I would swap the visible property values back and forth but it does not allow me a way to break out of the loop.

We used a timer here that adjusted the forecolr of a label. We tested it for some time but eventually took the code out as the users felt it was cheap. If you want to do it, the only recommendation I can give you is the it looked better when you went from red to a dark red or grey top dark grey, versus going from white to black or color to no color. You do have to know the RGB combination.
