Might this really be encouraging? It may mean that we are wising up and our kids are grasping the notion that there is a better future in fields other than computer programming. < bg >

I have seen it stated here a few times, that some of us are encouraging our kids to pursue careers other than what we do. I am wondering if more of us feel that way?
