A user is using an application that use to be able to print reports

She gets the error message "Error loading printer driver." which I find corresponds to
"Error # 1958, Error loading printer driver.". It appears to work for a PC directly connected to the printer but not if the are connected via the network.

Any help diagnosing this problem would be appreciated.
