I replied on the Wiki but just to re-iterate - I find the same as Cathy - your test shows that the 90 setting prints the report 3 times faster than the 80 setting. You must have something about your environment that is causing your slow printing.

I have a 30-odd page report that is printed many times every day and is running with no slowdown with SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90. My users would have murdered me by now if it was running slower.
