In Bulgaria they probably have "real" money:) - you might want to hedge against devaluation:)
25 - 30 an hour is better than nothing an hour - getting paid to do something we enjoy is better than getting paid for something we don't enjoy. And telecommuting is a big part of my business now - so go for it!
And it's a good way to get the foot in the door - you build something good for the client and they will be willing to pay more for the next piece.
Are you dealing directly with the user - or are you going through an agency?
