Since the error only occurs if you include VFP9R.DLL in your setup, it may have something to do with if or how you're registering the DLL and what if anything you're trying to do post-install. I recently posted some new information about this on the InnoScripts page of the FoxPro Wiki that you might find helpful. BTW, what version of Inno Setup are you using?

>Using Innosetup as the installer, we often get an error after the installation is complete and you press the "Finish" button to end the installation: A window with caption "Application error" will open that says: "Exception EAccessViolation in module IS-K6EIQ.TMP (this name is always different) at 0000151A access violation at address 00402736. Read of address FFFFFFFF". The setup itself seems to be successfull. It is diffult to get rid of the error window.
>If we do not include the VFP9r.DLL in the setup the error will not come up, but that, off course is not a solution.
