Hmmm that lools like force-feeding.

I'm so surprised that you guys could'nt get your money back. are'nt there laws against those ways of doing business.

It's like if I sell you a trip to go to a nice place and you pay first class for it. But when the time to leave comes I tell you that there are no planes left and you'll have to make the trip on a bus and you won't go to the place you were supposed to go.

>what happemed was as follows. We were a lot of people who had travelled far and paid a lot of money to listen to different session about VFP. In stead, we got a message something like this: "Hello you suckers, you have paid a lot to learn about VFP, but we won't talk about VFP. The good news is that you will be among the first on this planet to learn, free of charge, about something you have not come here to learn about. We don't really care what you want to learn, we have decided for you. Nobody will get their money back, so you better listen or you will get nothing for your money". Do I need to say that the new stuff was dotNet?

>>>Obviously, as you well know, they did not take our advice. 2001, in spite of the events of 9-11, was really good conference. But Devcon had 1200 attendees in Miami in 200 and only 750 in San Diego in 2001.
>>>
>>>Gee, I wonder why....
>>
>>What happened during that devcon for it to be so bad?
>>
>>For those that were not there can you give us some details of that (apparent) fiasco?
