I have not read the links you provided yet, but I just wanted to make John aware that if you build a launcher program in .NET the computer that is trying to run it needs to have the .NET Framework installed. (maybe the links address this) I have always written my launcher apps in C++ since it doesn't require any runtime files. As part of my launcher app I check if VFP runtimes are installed and registered or if .NET Framework is installed, it it is not then I install it before I proceed. Just my $0.02.
