Your point is valid, we all operate in slightly different markets / companies.

However, point is that when (when and not if) 64 bit becomes main stream on the Microsoft desktop (wether it takes 2 or 5 years from now), the larger companies are not going to continue developing 32 bit apps.

The implication is that 32 bit any-development tool will not be used.
Therefore 32 bit Visual Foxpro has a limited life and with the relase of WinXP to manufacturing means the clock is already ticking.
