I guess I will have to order more books (java script etc..)
I just want to have a smooth application that users don't have to click on a button to have an error or to have an answer like a calculated field.

What's frustrating is the RegularExpressionValidator is validating on the departure of a textbox. It would be fun to take that event and control it to do something else.
