At Merino Aller (www.merino.com.ar) we have a full ERP-MRP suite (20+ modules) we commercialize in the Latinamerican market and Spain (never went multilingual -yet).

Most of it is VFP, with a few VC++ pieces, and now some .NET components mostly for Web Services and Web Interfaces. The back-end is SQL Server. Our customers range from small companies (10~20 users) to medium ones (120~200). We have some big companies using the suite, also, but not across the whole enterprise, but for some specific departments. This is our next step, as I see it.
