I've been put in the same situation. I even have a form with ugh....14 pages on it. But the client is happy with it. They love it. Has all their info right at their fingertips. As a developer, I can't stand it. Most of us know (and reference the book About Face, Alan Cooper) that we normally wouldn't dream of more than a couple of pages......but hey, exceptions exist. You've simply run into one. Develop it to the liking of the client.
