when i configure the ODBC in my winXP i face some error.

SQLState:'01000'
SQL Server Error:2
Connection failed
SQLState:'08001'
SQL Server Error:17
SQL Server does not exist or access denied

when i configure the DSN the of the data source should be the same with the name that i save in the server?and if i'm using virtual pc the SQL server that i want to select still can put it as LOCAL?or should be the name of that server?
