For 15secs I had mentioned "let us say", but even 15secs on a high-end machine, what would be the ratio on a PIV, PIII, PII, forget all other processors in use even today.

Yes, it was just loaded to show me that I have this trial app if you would like to look and seriously except for a few moments I did not have a lot of time. So we double-clicked the icon, after hearing all I had for a .net app I was expecting instant stuff. Come-on, this is a high-end machine, local data, locally executed app, local high-end HDD and it came up slower than a VFP6 run-time loader app. See I did not see a splash screen all the while so like I said that I assume that the app has not had the control to load it's splash screen.
