Anyway, I don't have the details to hand but there are a couple of obscure MSSOAP (which I assume you are using) properties that handle proxy credentials. Something like :

.ConnectorProperty("ProxyUser") = cUserName 
.ConnectorProperty("ProxyPassword") = cPassword
