Its a symptom of his psychosis. He is so jealous of real programmers who write real software, who publish books, and who become MVP's, he can neither see nor think straight. He is so blinded by this that he has to make these inane unsupportable arguments to lower the true professionals in his eyes to people beneath contempt to make himself feel better. He can't stand anyone who is successful and respected and credited as a true authority. Its really sad.

It would only take a true professional 5 minutes to see throught the crap and he wouldn't be hired. That's why he touts mom and pop shops. That's all the work he can get.
