Well we have had some success with testing, but still to many bugs being found by the users. We are changing our process so that our testing is much more comprehensive. We are building sets of canned data that should test all of the possible error conditions, etc.

>Yours is the type of environment that insures a good software product. Few companies that I am aware of have SQA departments. They let users find problems and often go out of business. At least that has been my experience during the last 23 years.
