If you select an object in the designer, and press Ctrl-C, then select the second container and type Ctrl-V you'll paste a copy of the original object, it'll have all the same property values.

If you want to replicate the properties from one existing object to another existing object you can use a builder. Look at the examples over on my website under the Samples menu for Builders and ResetToDef.
