Have you tried my CA Builder utility? It will create a class library with a CA for every table in your SQL Server database. The field order will be what they are in your SQL tables. Then you can use the builder in the form DE to add that CA to your data environment. It is free, has all source code, and has extensive comments on its use in the comments near the top of the CABuilder PRG file. You can download it by clicking the FoxPro Tools link at http://www.mctweedle.com

>When I use the CA Builder to create a CursorAdapter to MSSQL data, the fields are put in to alpha order. How do I get it to retrieve in the natural field order?
