>Do you have multiple locales enabled at once - perhaps both English and French? When we do testing with our software, we typically have 3 or 4 keyboard layouts enabled. I've noticed that its not too difficult to hit the magic keystroke that toggles one to the next keyboard layout in the list of enabled layouts. I think(?) the hot key for us is hitting the left shift key twice in a row?
