Glenn,

Once you have the XML on the server, you can import it into a DataSet. I don't know what the format of your XML is-does it indicate whether the records are to new, edited, or deleted? What information does it contain for each?

The problem here is there are a lot of variables and without knowing all the information it's hard to make recommendations.

And you're right--it can be very frustrating when you have a known skill set where you can do something with your eyes closed, but once you climb the curve it's amazing what you can do with these new tools.
