We have exactly the same issue surfacing on one of our Terminal Servers in Belgium.
Process runs fine on other TS around the world.
ALL of our TS have 2GB or 3GB of RAM so it's not just the physical memory in our case.

I suspect real-time antivirus scanning but can't prove it :(

Meantime we're going to go with SYS(1104) and SYS(3050) in that order to try to work around it.
