I use the VFP8 and VFP9 filer to look for strings inside of text files in a selected directory. Once I find files that contain this string I always double click the file to view it's content.

For some reason I am no longer able to double click on text files in the VFP8 and VFP9 filer. When I do this now, I receive the following error:

Error number: 1440
Method: editfile
Line number: 26
OLE exception error: Exception code c0000005. OLE object may be corrupt
**********************

This use to work all the time. And if I go to My Computer, I am able to double click on the text file(s) and view them in Notepad just fine.

What would cause this error to occur?
